Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to get fit or you're a professional athlete our programmes will fully test you as we adapt the circuit station exercises to accommodate each individual's capabilities.

You can expect to use dumbbells, punchbags, kettlebells, battlerapes, Rogue Echo Air Bike, Ski and Bike Erg, barbells and plates and alot more!!!
